MailMind is an AI-powered productivity suite built by Nextania Technologies Private Limited. It adds a layer of intelligent automation directly on top of the Google services you already use — Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Slides, and Google Forms.

At its core, MailMind uses GPT-4o mini to understand your intent and take precise action. Whether you want to reply to an email in exactly the right tone, schedule a team meeting with one sentence, generate a Google Form from a description, or build a full presentation in seconds — MailMind does the heavy lifting while you stay in control.

Every action requires your explicit confirmation. Emails are sent only when you click Send. Meetings are created only after you review every detail. Presentations go directly to your own Google Drive. Nothing is stored on our servers. Your data belongs entirely to you.

Why MailMind requests these permissions

MailMind requests only the permissions it needs. Each scope is explained below. We do not access data beyond what is required for the specific feature you choose to use.

📧 Gmail — Read
Used by the Mail Agent to display your inbox so you can select emails to reply to. Email content is only sent to AI when you explicitly click "Compose Reply" — never automatically.
📤 Gmail — Send & Compose
Used by the Mail Agent and Compose Agent to send emails or save them as drafts in Gmail — only when you click Send or Save Draft. Never triggered automatically.
📅 Google Calendar Events
Used by the Meet Agent to create calendar events with Google Meet links. Events are created only after you review and confirm every meeting detail on screen.
📁 Google Drive Files
Used by the Slides Agent and Form Agent to save generated presentations and forms to your Drive. MailMind only creates new files — it cannot read or access any of your existing Drive files.
🎞 Google Slides API
Used by the Slides Agent to build and style presentations — adding slides, backgrounds, text and layout using the Google Slides batchUpdate API.
📋 Google Forms API
Used by the Form Agent to create Google Forms with AI-generated questions inside your Google account. Forms are saved directly to your Drive.
👤 Contacts — Read Only
Used by the Compose Agent to suggest matching email addresses as you type a recipient's name. Strictly read-only — MailMind never modifies, deletes, or stores your contacts.
🙋 Google Profile
Used to display your name and profile picture in the MailMind interface, and to associate your daily usage limits with your account. No profile data is stored on our servers beyond the session.

You can revoke MailMind's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account Permissions page — no email required, instant effect. For full details see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
